Beatrix Potter Nursery Art | Custom Frame

We were so excited when Arleana at @roseywoodinteriors wanted our Beatrix Potter art in her new nursery. To compliment the sage green wallpaper and neutral paint colour she had chosen, we created a bespoke frame and mount option - a stunning, solid oak frame with double mount (a soft white and a light grey, with a slight hint of sage).

HOW TO ORDER:

- There are 12 designs to choose from (see pictures)

- Select the design you'd like from the drop down menu and add to cart

Frame: Solid oak frame. Please note, due to this product being bare, natural wood, there may be slight variations in the wood. Our framers will match frames bought together, but if you decide to purchase another at a later date, please contact us beforehand, so we can do our best to match the tones

Overall Size, including frame and mount: 47x56cm

Print size inside the mount: 27x36cm

Width of mount: 9cm

Glazing: high quality perspex - we use perspex on larger nursery art so that it is safe around little ones. It is a more expensive product than glass - it also creates less glare and has better sunlight protection for the print

Made to order, please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive. We can often ship out within 7 days, but, on occasion, there can be delays with frame moulding stock. Please get in touch before ordering if you require this item quicker.

Returns

CUSTOM FRAMED PRODUCTS: We offer a 14 day return policy for "custom framed" products ONLY. Custom frames are any gold, embellished, coloured, hand painted or any wooden frames that are not our standard "natural wood", "black" or "white" options. For clarity, returnable products will have a "14 day Returns" badge on them, and the Returns description on each product page will inform if it is returnable.

To initiate a return, please head to the customer accounts page HERE, enter your email and then the unique login code that is emailed to you.

IMPORTANT Return rules:

• The customer arranges their own returns, covering the shipping cost themselves
• The item must be received in a re-sellable condition. If the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not provide a refund and the customer will need to claim compensation from the shipping provider they used.
  
• It is for this reason that we recommend using a fully tracked shipping service, ensuring you have adequate cover for the full retail value of the item purchased.
• We recommend wrapping your item securely so that it survives the journey back to us - as mentioned above, if it is damaged or lost during transit, we will not refund.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your art on arrival, please hold onto all packaging, and get in touch, by replying to your order email.

What size is the print?

The print will be the size shown on the product size selection; ie 20x25cm, 30x40cm etc

What is the overall size?

The overall size, including the frame, will be the size of the print, plus the width of the frame. The width of the frame is noted in the description.
