Free Shipping on orders over £30
We offer 3 different types of products for UK customers:
1. Unframed Prints - arrive with you within 5-7 business days on standard or express shipping options, NOT BUDGET
PLEASE NOTE - "Overnight" will still take circa 5 days to arrive, so we do not recommend choosing this shipping option
2. Framed Print - arrive with you within 5-10 business days on standard or express shipping options, NOT BUDGET

3. Custom Framed Art - 10 business days
Custom framed products are ANY FRAME that IS NOT the plain natural wood, white or black standard framing. Custom frames include all coloured / hand painted frames, wood effects, gold or embellished frames.

CANCELLATIONS
Products are automatically printed to order by our manufacturer within 30 minutes of you completing payment. If you realise you have made an error, please reply to your order email immediately, so that we can try and assist. After this time, or if you order has already been printed, we cannot cancel or amend. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address, though we do try to help where we can, when customers contact us immediately.
GIFTING
All orders are shipped without any branding or invoices included, so recipients will not see pricing. Unfortunately, we are not able to add special notes for gift items, nor gift wrap.

We offer three types of products for US customers:

Printed and shipped in the USA, no import charges.
Delivery: 5–7 business days (Standard or Express). Budget shipping can take up to 30 days.

Overnight Shipping: Please do not choose this shipping option, we do not ship orders overnight as they need time to be printed and packed first. Please choose Express shipping if you need a more reliable, faster service than Standard.

UNTRACKED / BUDGET SHIPPING OPTIONS - if you choose untracked or budget, on occasion, some orders may take over 1 month to arrive.

We are connected with printing labs in the UK, USA, EU and Australia. It is most likely that your order will ship from the UK, but if you need to be sure, please contact us BEFORE ordering so we can check for you.
IMPORT CHARGES the customer is responsible for finding out what import charges they may incur. We do not offer returns or refunds in the event that you do not collect or pay your charges. If your order is returned due to non-payment, you will need to pay postage charges for it to be returned to you.

Order Issues
Pretty in Print Art - Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: June 19, 2026
As returns are not free, and are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend reading the policy below in full. The policy below outlines what happens if your return is damaged in transit - it explains that you will not be refunded and that you will need to claim compensation from the courier you used.
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not ship items back to us without receiving formal authorisation first, as unrecorded packages cannot be tracked or processed.
- Read the returns policy below and understand that returns are the sole responsibility of the customer, returns are not free and must be returned to our UK studio. Understand that it is the customers responsibility to return items in a sellable condition - failure to do so will result in NO refund being given. Understand that you will need to claim compensation from the courier you used.
- Navigate to the customer account login page on our website and sign in.
- Locate the specific order number and click Request Return or Withdraw from Contract.
- Select the eligible items you wish to return and submit the request.
- Our team will manually review your request within 24 to 48 business hours. Once authorised, you will receive an email containing our secure United Kingdom studio return address and specific shipping documentation instructions.
Global Return Policy Overview
We want you to love your art. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests for standard catalogue items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
Key Global Requirements:
- Customer-Funded Shipping: All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Pre-paid return labels are not provided by Pretty in Print Art under any circumstances.
- Mandatory Tracking: Your return must be sent via a reputable carrier using a fully tracked and signed-for international service. You must provide the carrier name and tracking number to us as soon as the package is dispatched. We recommend inuring your order for the retail value you paid, so that you are covered for compensation, should it be damaged by the courier in transit.
Fragile Goods Warning and Transit Risk
Because our products, especially our framed art collections, contain delicate components, specialised glass glazing, and delicate wooden frame mouldings, they are highly susceptible to damage if handled incorrectly during transit.
Please note the following criteria for returning packages:
- If the return arrives in pristine, resalable condition and in its original packaging: Your full product refund or store credit will be approved.
- If the return arrives damaged, bent, torn, or with shattered glass: A refund is strictly denied and your return amount will be set to zero. In this scenario, you will need to file a compensation claim directly with your chosen courier service.
You legally remain entirely responsible for the condition and safety of the artwork until it physically arrives and clears inspection at our United Kingdom studio. Items must be securely packed in their original, protective packaging (add more if you need to). If an item arrives damaged due to poor packaging or courier mishandling, no refund or credit will be issued. We strongly advise purchasing additional transit insurance equal to the retail value of the artwork when booking your return courier.
Special Notice for European Union Customers (EU ONLY)
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and distance selling laws, buyers residing within the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) on standard catalogue purchases.
EU Compliance Rules:
- Cash Refunds: Approved EU returns will be fully refunded directly to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal) rather than store credit.
- Bespoke and Custom Exemptions: Please note that per Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, our 100% custom-personalised products (where a customer dictates a completely unique product, ie; ordered an empty frame and dictate which piece of art to frame) are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal once production has commenced.
- Withholding Funds: Per EU regulation, we reserve the right to withhold your refund payment until we have physically received, opened, and structurally inspected the returned items, or until you have supplied definitive legal proof of tracked delivery to our correct UK studio address.
Immediate Production and Cancellation Rules
To ensure lightning-fast global shipping times and prevent import taxes for international buyers, our order fulfilment pipeline is highly automated. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
E-Gift Cards Policy
Digital e-gift cards purchased directly from our store carry a 14-day cancellation window from the date of purchase, subject to the following strict conditions:
- The digital balance must remain completely unused and at 100% face value. The moment a gift card is redeemed, either in full or in part, it legally becomes entirely non-refundable.
- Refund requests can only be initiated by the original purchaser, and funds will strictly be returned to the original payment card used at checkout. Gift card recipients cannot redeem or exchange gift balances for cash.
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to it. Your order is produced within 10-30 minutes of you placing it and, due to all items being made to order, all sales are final. Please reply to your original order email, if you have any urgent concerns and we will do our best to help.
