How long will it take?
Please allow 3–5 working days for printing before it ships. It then arrives in 5–10 days in the UK, EU, Ireland, USA and Australia.
Overnight shipping only speeds up the delivery itself; it still takes 2–3 days to print first, so we don't usually recommend it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Prints are sent to print automatically within 30 minutes of payment. If you spot an error, reply to your order email straight away and we'll try to help. Once printing has started, we can't cancel or change the order, including the delivery address.
Can I return it?
Each print is made to order at the print studio nearest to you, so we're unable to accept returns if you change your mind.
Damaged or not right?
Reply to your order confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the print and the packaging (please keep the packaging), and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Customers in the EU have a legal 14-day right to withdraw, starting from the day you receive your print. You can start it from your account or with our EU withdrawal form.
