Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over £30
We offer 3 different types of products for UK customers:
1. Unframed Prints - arrive with you within 5-7 business days on standard or express shipping options, NOT BUDGET
PLEASE NOTE - "Overnight" will still take circa 5 days to arrive, so we do not recommend choosing this shipping option
2. Framed Print - arrive with you within 5-10 business days on standard or express shipping options, NOT BUDGET
PLEASE NOTE - "Overnight" will still take circa 5 days to arrive, so we do not recommend choosing this shipping option
3. Custom Framed Art - 10 business days
Custom framed products are ANY FRAME that IS NOT the plain natural wood, white or black standard framing. Custom frames include all coloured / hand painted frames, wood effects, gold or embellished frames.

RETURNS
Due to all items being made to order, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged in transit, please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance.
CANCELLATIONS
Products are automatically printed to order by our manufacturer within 30 minutes of you completing payment. If you realise you have made an error, please reply to your order email immediately, so that we can try and assist. After this time, or if you order has already been printed, we cannot cancel or amend. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address, though we do try to help where we can, when customers contact us immediately.
GIFTING
All orders are shipped without any branding or invoices included, so recipients will not see pricing. Unfortunately, we are not able to add special notes for gift items, nor gift wrap.
🇺🇸 US Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping on orders over $40 USD.
We offer three types of products for US customers:
- Unframed Prints
Printed and shipped in the USA, no import charges.
Delivery: 5–7 business days (Standard or Express). Budget shipping can take up to 30 days.
Note: “Overnight” may take ~5 days; not recommended.
- Standard Framed Prints (plain natural, white or black)
Free shipping – printed, framed, and shipped in the USA, no import charges.
Delivery: 7–10 business days (Standard or Express). Budget shipping can take up to 30 days.
Standard framing options: plain natural wood, white, or black. - Custom Framed Art (gold, painted, ornate etc)
Made to order in the UK.
Delivery: ~15 business days.
Free DDP shipping (duties and taxes included).
Returns & Refunds
All items are made to order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Budget - Please do not select this shipping option. If you choose this shipping option, your order will be printed in the UK, will be un-trackable, will take up to 1 month to arrive and you will also be charged import charges
Standard - your order will be printed and shipped in Canada. Arrives within 7-10 business days
Express - your order will be printed and shipped in Canada. Arrives within 5-10 business days
Overnight Shipping: Please do not choose this shipping option, we do not ship orders overnight as they need time to be printed and packed first. Please choose Express shipping if you need a more reliable, faster service than Standard.

UNTRACKED / BUDGET SHIPPING OPTIONS - if you choose untracked or budget, on occasion, some orders may take over 1 month to arrive.
We offer 2 types of product for customers who reside outside of the UK, USA, EU and Australia:

We are connected with printing labs in the UK, USA, EU and Australia. It is most likely that your order will ship from the UK, but if you need to be sure, please contact us BEFORE ordering so we can check for you.
IMPORT CHARGES the customer is responsible for finding out what import charges they may incur. We do not offer returns or refunds in the event that you do not collect or pay your charges. If your order is returned due to non-payment, you will need to pay postage charges for it to be returned to you.

RETURNS
Due to all items being printed to order within 2 hours of being placed, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged in transit, please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance.
CANCELLATIONS
Products are automatically printed to order by our manufacturer within 2 hours of you completing payment. If you realise you have made an error, please reply to your order email WITHIN 2 HOURS of placing the order, so that we can try and assist. After this time, or if you order has already been printed, we cannot cancel or amend. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address, though we do try to help where we can, when customers contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to it. Your order is produced within 10-30 minutes of you placing it and, due to all items being made to order, all sales are final. Please reply to your original order email, if you have any urgent concerns and we will do our best to help.

For orders that have been damaged in transit, please reply to your original order email (please check junk mail) and include the following information:
1. images of the damage to print/frame
2. images of the packaging (damaged or undamaged)
3. image of the address label
