Where do you ship from?

We work with printing facilities in the UK, USA, EU and Australia. If you reside in one of these countries, your order will be printed and shipped in your country, meaning no import charges.

Delivery Estimate

Framed art takes 5-10 days to arrive for UK, EU, USA, Ireland and Australian customers. This is on Standard and Express shipping options only, not Budget. Budget can sometimes take up to 30 business days to arrive.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING OPTION: your order will still take 2-3 days in production, shipping will THEN be overnight AFTER the production process. We do not recommend this option.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Immediate Order Processing Notice

To ensure the fastest possible fulfillment and global delivery times, our order system is fully automated.

Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be cancelled, amended, or stopped.

If you no longer wish to keep your item after placing an order, it will complete production and ship to you as scheduled. Once received, you may return standard, non-custom items to our UK studio in accordance with our 14-day [Refund Policy].

Why can’t I cancel my order?

Unlike traditional retailers who store pre-made inventory on shelves, every single piece of artwork at Pretty in Print Art is individually printed, prepared, and packaged fresh for you the moment your order is placed.

Because our printing and framing workshop receives your order specifications automatically within minutes, raw materials (fine art paper, custom glass, and wood mouldings) are instantly allocated and cut. Once this physical production process begins, the order cannot be halted or erased from the production queue.

Can I change the size, frame color, or shipping address after ordering?

Because of our automated fulfillment pipeline, we are unable to manually modify item sizes, artwork choices, frame finishes, or delivery addresses once your order has been submitted. Please double-check all order details and measurements carefully before completing checkout.

What happens if I email customer service immediately after placing my order?

Our customer support team operates separately from our physical print workshop and fulfillment facilities. Because orders pass electronically into the printing queue right away, customer emails are often read after an item has already been printed, trimmed, or framed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request sent via email will be seen before production occurs.

What are my options if I made a mistake or changed my mind?

If your order has already entered production or dispatched:

1. Receive the Order: Allow the package to be delivered to your address.
2. Initiate a Return: If you ordered standard catalog items, you can log into your account within 14 days of delivery to request a return to our UK studio for a product refund (minus shipping costs).
3. Reorder: You can place a new order on our website at any time for the correct size or design.

(Please note: Custom-designed artwork builds and bulk orders of 4+ framed items are subject to specific terms outlined in our main Refund Policy).

Returns are not free and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please read this policy in full before purchasing or returning items. If a returned item arrives back at our UK studio damaged in transit, no refund will be issued (£0), and you will need to claim compensation directly from the courier service you used.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please do not ship items back to us without receiving formal authorisation first, as unrecorded packages cannot be tracked or processed.

Please understand prior to requesting a return:

• Returns are the sole responsibility of the customer, are not free, and must be returned to our UK studio.
  
• It is the customer's responsibility to return items in a pristine, sellable condition. Failure to do so will result in ZERO refund being given.
  
• If your return is damaged in transit, you will need to claim compensation directly from the courier you used.
  

Return Steps:

1. Navigate to the customer account login page on our website and sign in (you do not need a password, just the email address used to place your order).
   
2. Locate the specific order number and click Request Return or Withdraw from Contract.
   
3. Select the eligible items you wish to return and submit the request.
   
4. Our team will manually review your request within 24 to 48 business hours. Once authorised, you will receive an email containing our secure United Kingdom studio return address and specific shipping instructions.
   

3. GLOBAL RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW (14-DAY WINDOW)

We want you to love your art. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests for standard catalogue items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.

Key Global Requirements:

• Customer-Funded Shipping: All return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Pre-paid return labels are not provided by Pretty in Print Art under any circumstances.
  
• Mandatory Tracking: Your return must be sent via a reputable carrier using a fully tracked and signed-for international service. You must provide the carrier name and tracking number to us as soon as the package is dispatched. Failure to do so will result in a delayed refund.
  
• Transit Insurance: We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full retail value paid so that you are covered for compensation should it be damaged by the courier in transit.
  

4. FRAGILE GOODS WARNING AND TRANSIT RISK

Because our products (especially our framed art collections) contain delicate components, specialised glass glazing, and delicate wooden frame mouldings, they are highly susceptible to damage if handled incorrectly during transit.

You legally remain entirely responsible for the condition and safety of the artwork until it physically arrives and clears inspection at our United Kingdom studio. Items must be securely packed in their original, protective packaging (add extra protection if needed).

Returned Package Inspection Criteria:

• Arrives in pristine, resalable condition (in original packaging): Your full product refund or store credit will be approved.
  
• Arrives damaged, bent, torn, or with shattered glass: A refund is strictly denied and your return amount will be set to zero (£0). In this scenario, you will need to file a compensation claim directly with your chosen courier service.
  

5. LARGE ORDERS, BUSINESS PURCHASES, AND PHOTOSHOOTS

We strictly monitor return patterns to protect our small, independent production studio. Please note that our return policies are designed for standard, domestic retail consumers.

• Photoshoots and Prop Usage: Under distance selling regulations, items returned for a change of mind must be in pristine, resalable condition. If items have been temporarily used as props for commercial, editorial, or social media photoshoots, this goes beyond a reasonable inspection of goods. If items arrive back at our studio showing signs of handling, staging, or use, we reserve the right to deduct up to 100% of the refund value due to diminished value.
  
• Business-to-Business (B2B) Purchases: Statutory 14-day cancellation and return rights apply exclusively to individual consumers. If an order is placed on behalf of a limited company, interior design agency, photography studio, or corporate entity, the purchase is final and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
  
• Bulk Order Restocking Fee: To protect our workshop team from the intensive material costs of building multi-item orders, any domestic consumer order consisting of 5 or more framed items will be subject to a strict 20% restocking fee if returned. This fee will be deducted directly from your final store credit or refund amount. All other standard return shipping and tracking rules apply.
  

6. SPECIAL NOTICE FOR EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS (EU ONLY)

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and distance selling laws, buyers residing within the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) on standard catalogue purchases.

• Cash Refunds: Approved EU returns will be fully refunded directly to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal) rather than store credit.
  
• Bespoke and Custom Exemptions: Per Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, our 100% custom-personalised products (where a customer dictates a completely unique product, e.g. ordering an empty frame or dictating which piece of art to frame) are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal once production has commenced.
  
• Withholding Funds: Per EU regulation, we reserve the right to withhold your refund payment until we have physically received, opened, and structurally inspected the returned items, or until you have supplied definitive legal proof of tracked delivery to our correct UK studio address.
  

7. E-GIFT CARDS POLICY

Digital e-gift cards purchased directly from our store carry a 14-day cancellation window from the date of purchase, subject to the following strict conditions:

• The digital balance must remain completely unused and at 100% face value. The moment a gift card is redeemed, either in full or in part, it legally becomes entirely non-refundable.
  
  
  Refund requests can only be initiated by the original purchaser, and funds will strictly be returned to the original payment card used at checkout. Gift card recipients cannot redeem or exchange gift balances for cash.

Overall Size?
The size you select is the print size, and the width of the frame is on top of this. This frame is approximately 2cm / 0.8 of an inch, so for the overall size, simply add this on. Example, 12x16 inch - the approx overall size, including the frame, will be 12.8x16.8 inches.
