Add a touch of exotic vintage charm with our Vintage Style Black Bamboo Effect Frame with Double Linen Mount. Featuring a distinctive black bamboo-inspired profile paired with a sophisticated double linen mount, this frame beautifully balances texture and elegance. Professionally framed for gallery-quality presentation, it’s available empty for your own art or framed with one of our curated prints. Perfect for enhancing modern, vintage, and classic interiors, this frame works wonderfully in eclectic living spaces, heritage-inspired rooms, or stylish galleries. Available exclusively to UK and USA customers.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Decide on the size and orientation you would like. We will craft your frame, ready to hang, so we need to know if you would like to hang it in portrait or landscape orientation (portrait is upright with the short edge on the bottom, landscape is the opposite)

2. Let us know if you would like art with this frame. The price you see includes the option of a FREE art print. Our framers will professionally frame this for you so it arrives ready to hang, we therefore need to know which art print you would like with this particular frame. Please find the art design you would like on our website, copy the hyperlink to it, and paste in the box indicated above (choose any design, we'll make it fit!). You do not need to add the unframed art print to your basket - as the cost is already included in the price of this frame.

Don't want free art with your frame? If you do not want art, simply write "No Art".

Ordering more than one of this frame? Please add each frame to the cart individually. We need to know which art print you would like with each frame. If you're ordering empty frames, you can select the number of frames you would like and simply write "No Art" in the box.

3. Tap "Add to Bag"

PLEASE NOTE - you need to write an instruction in the "Which art print" box above, else it will not allow you to add to bag.

EMPTY FRAME: If you choose to have your frame empty (so you can put your own art in), it will arrive with hanging fixings already attached. Simply bend the tabs up, remove the backing board and place your art in.

Sizing Help

What size print will the frame take?

When buying a frame without a mount, the size shown on the product size selection; ie 20x25cm, 30x40cm etc. will be the size of the art it will hold.

When buying a frame with a mount, the size shown is the glass size, where the glass meets the mount. The opening of the mount size will be noted on the size selection drop down. The mount opening size is the size of the artwork it will take.

What is the overall size?

The overall size, including the frame, will be the size of the print, plus the width of the frame x2. The width of the frame is noted in the description.

EXAMPLE:

- 30x40cm

- 2cm frame width (multiply this by 2 and add it to the size you select)

- 34x44cm overall size

Behind the scenes

How your frame is made

Step oneYour picture frame starts life as long lengths of wood. Every frame you buy is handmade to order by our tiny team here in the UK

Step twoWe cut four pieces of wood to size, and then pin the four corners to make your frame. We only use solid wood mouldings

Step threeLastly, we add glass glazing, your artwork, backing board, framers tape and then apply the hanging fixings

Do not hesitate to buy!

Rachel was answering my questions at 9pm. Just amazing customer service, but even better frames. I ordered this bamboo frame plus a number of others for our clients interior design scheme. Cannot tell you, as an interior designer, how blummin helpful this website is for planning for and buying art for interior design schemes. We are already planning more in new schemes, and hope the clients sign off on what we have chosen!
