This framed equine artwork, featuring a simple rust / ochre watercolour horse, will bring a touch of sophistication to any nursery or child's bedroom. Its small 6x4 inch size ensures the delicate features of the illustration remain intact, while its pretty scalloped border, with green foliage, gives it a timeless, heirloom appeal.

There are six watercolour horses to choose from in total; two greens, one blue, a yellow, a pretty pink and a rusty ochre colour. See the full collection HERE.

PLEASE NOTE - there are two sizes available; 6x4 inch (10x15cm) and 8x10 inch (20x25cm). The 6x4 inch has the thinner green border and the 8x10 inch has the wider green border - please see images attached. The horse part of the print cannot be made larger, hence why it has a wider border around it.

Our Vintage fine art reproductions are created from original artworks - cracks and imperfections form part of the charm, demonstrating the age and provenance of the works. All of our designs are printed by professionals onto a warm white, fine art paper - a matte finish, museum quality paper which provides beautiful depth of colour. Using state of the art archival inks (giclée printers), your print will never fade and will always look as fresh as a daisy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Immediate Order Processing Notice

To ensure the fastest possible fulfillment and global delivery times, our order system is fully automated.

Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be cancelled, amended, or stopped.

If you no longer wish to keep your item after placing an order, it will complete production and ship to you as scheduled. Once received, you may return standard, non-custom items to our UK studio in accordance with our 14-day [Refund Policy].

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why can’t I cancel my order?

Unlike traditional retailers who store pre-made inventory on shelves, every single piece of artwork at Pretty in Print Art is individually printed, prepared, and packaged fresh for you the moment your order is placed.

Because our printing and framing workshop receives your order specifications automatically within minutes, raw materials (fine art paper, custom glass, and wood mouldings) are instantly allocated and cut. Once this physical production process begins, the order cannot be halted or erased from the production queue.

Can I change the size, frame color, or shipping address after ordering?

Because of our automated fulfillment pipeline, we are unable to manually modify item sizes, artwork choices, frame finishes, or delivery addresses once your order has been submitted. Please double-check all order details and measurements carefully before completing checkout.

What happens if I email customer service immediately after placing my order?

Our customer support team operates separately from our physical print workshop and fulfillment facilities. Because orders pass electronically into the printing queue right away, customer emails are often read after an item has already been printed, trimmed, or framed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request sent via email will be seen before production occurs.

What are my options if I made a mistake or changed my mind?

If your order has already entered production or dispatched:

1. Receive the Order: Allow the package to be delivered to your address.
2. Initiate a Return: If you ordered standard catalog items, you can log into your account within 14 days of delivery to request a return to our UK studio for a product refund (minus shipping costs).
3. Reorder: You can place a new order on our website at any time for the correct size or design.

(Please note: Custom-designed artwork builds and bulk orders of 4+ framed items are subject to specific terms outlined in our main Refund Policy).

1. NO RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your choices, sizes, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Why we do not offer returns: Unlike traditional retailers who store pre-made inventory on shelves, artwork at Pretty in Print Art is printed, prepared, and packaged fresh for you the moment your order is placed. Because our printing and framing workshop receives your order specifications automatically within minutes, raw materials (fine art paper, glass, and timber mouldings) are instantly allocated and cut specifically to your specifications. Because every single piece is custom-produced on demand rather than drawn from existing stock, items cannot be returned, re-stocked, or resold.

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & IMMEDIATE PRODUCTION

To ensure lightning-fast global shipping times and prevent import taxes for international buyers, our order fulfilment pipeline is highly automated.

• No Cancellations or Amendments: Once your order has been placed, it goes directly into production and cannot be cancelled, amended, or stopped.

• Why can’t I cancel my order? The moment your order is submitted, our automated system routes your specifications directly to our printing and framing workshop. Raw materials are immediately cut and processed. Once this physical production process begins, the order cannot be halted, modified, or erased from the production queue.

3. SPECIAL NOTICE FOR EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS (EU ONLY)

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and distance selling laws, buyers residing within the European Union are generally provided a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) on standard distance purchases.

• Exemption for Made-to-Order / Personalised Goods: Please note that under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Because our products (including printed artwork and custom frames) are printed and assembled individually to order, they fall under this statutory exemption once production has commenced.

• EU Withdrawal Form: If you are an EU resident seeking information regarding your statutory distance-selling rights or wishing to submit a query, you can access our official form here: EU Withdrawal Form.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged in transit or features a manufacturing defect, please reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
