Your print is made at the print studio nearest to you and shipped from there. Please allow 3–5 days for printing before dispatch.

I can't offer refunds if import charges aren't paid, and if a parcel is returned for non-payment, return postage will be charged to you.

Handmade FramesGold, painted, ornate & more – handmade in the UK
Each Handmade Frame is handmade to order in a small UK framing studio. Please allow 7–10 working days for framing, then your art is sent via FedEx in protective packaging. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on frame size.

New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, UAE & Singapore – import charges. Import taxes and duties aren't included in your order. FedEx will ask you to pay them on delivery, so please check these with your local customs office before ordering.
If your country isn't listed, Handmade Frames can't currently be shipped there, but tap the Chat button and I'll see what I can do.
Sorry, due to EU cross-border packaging and EPR regulations (which also apply in Northern Ireland), I can't currently ship Handmade Frames to Northern Ireland, the EU or Ireland. Unframed prints and Simple Frames are still available there.
Before you order
Cancellations & changes
Unframed prints & Simple Frames are sent into production automatically within 30 minutes of payment. If you spot an error, reply to your order email straight away and I'll try to help. Once production starts, I can't cancel or change the order, including the delivery address.
Handmade Frames – contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to make changes before framing begins.
Please check your address carefully. I can't be responsible for old or incomplete addresses auto-filled by PayPal, Shopify Pay or your device.
Sending as a gift
I never include invoices or pricing paperwork in any order, so the recipient won't see what you paid. I'm unable to add gift notes or gift wrap.
