Our vintage / antique style frames are carefully handmade to order in the UK by a wonderful boutique, family owned and operated studio. Stunning, heavyweight, tortoise shell effect, solid wood frame - frames landscapes, botanical flowers and Dutch still life beautifully - also makes a unique gift for art and interior enthusiasts.
Please note; our frames are distressed by hand to give them an authentic worn appearance, perfect for the vintage interior. Knocks, bumps and scratches are intentional with this design, please see images for close ups.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Decide on the size and orientation you would like. We will craft your frame, ready to hang, so we need to know if you would like to hang it in portrait or landscape orientation (portrait is upright with the short edge on the bottom, landscape is the opposite)
2. Let us know if you would like art with this frame. The price you see includes the option of a FREE art print. Our framers will professionally frame this for you so it arrives ready to hang, we therefore need to know which art print you would like with this particular frame. Please find the art design you would like on our website, copy the hyperlink to it, and paste in the box indicated above (choose any design, we'll make it fit!). You do not need to add the unframed art print to your basket - as the cost is already included in the price of this frame.
Don't want free art with your frame? If you do not want art, simply write "No Art".
Ordering more than one of this frame? Please add each frame to the bag individually. We need to know which art print you would like with each frame. If you're ordering empty frames, you can select the number of frames you would like and simply write "No Art" in the box.

PLEASE NOTE - you need to write an instruction in the "Which art print" box above, else it will not allow you to add to bag.
EMPTY FRAME: If you choose to have your frame empty (so you can put your own art in), it will arrive with hanging fixings already attached. Simply bend the tabs up, remove the backing board and place your art in.

What size is the art print? The size you select (15x20cm etc) is the size your art print will be. The width of the frame will be on top of this size
How thick is this frame? 60mm
What is this frame made of? Wood
What type of glazing do you use? Glass glazing
I'm buying this frame empty, what size print does it take? The size you order is the size print it will take - ie; if you order a 15x20cm frame, the print you put in needs to be 15x20cm.

Due to all items being printed to order, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged in transit, please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance.
CANCELLATIONS
Products are automatically printed to order by our manufacturer within 30 minutes of you completing payment. If you realise you have made an error, please reply to your order email immediately, so that we can try and assist. After this time, or if you order has already been printed, we cannot cancel or amend. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address, though we do try to help where we can, when customers contact us immediately.
