    Only specific products can be personalised - they will be labelled accordingly and these products will also have a box available for you to write your custom instructions in. Please visit the "Personalised Prints" collection to view all available prints.

    Personalised prints will be shipped separately to non-personalised prints. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for the design work. We do not send proofs before printing, so please double check your instructions.

  • Damaged Order

    Damaged Orders

    For orders that have been damaged in transit, please reply to your original order email and include the following information:

    - images of the damage to print/frame

    - images of the packaging (damaged or undamaged)

    - image of the address label

  • Can I return my print?

    Due to all items being printed to order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order or if your order arrived damaged, please do get in touch and we will work with you to find a solution/alternative.

  • Can I get my print framed?

    Yes, see the listings named "framed print", however, please note: we only ship framed art to the UK, USA, EU and Australia.

    When you order a frame from us, you won't be sent a cheap clip frame - instead, you will receive a handmade fine art print in a beautiful, wooden frame which arrives with fixings ready to hang.

  • How long will it take for my print to arrive?

    We estimate un-framed prints to take 5-7 business days to arrive and framed prints/canvas to take 7-10 business days.

    Can you speed up my order?

    I'm afraid we can only offer the standard shipping timelines above.

  • Who will ship my order?

    We use local postal services and couriers for all deliveries. If you have specific requirements, please get in touch prior to placing your order.

  • Where do you ship from?

    Pretty in Print is UK based, but we work with a worldwide network of printers and framers. We have facilities in the UK, EU, USA and Australia, so your order will be produced and shipped from the closest lab.

  • I've made an error on my order

    Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to it. Your order is produced within 10-30 minutes of you placing it and, due to all items being made to order, all sales are final. Please reply to your original order email, if you have any urgent concerns and we will do our best to help.
