Only specific products can be personalised - they will be labelled accordingly and these products will also have a box available for you to write your custom instructions in. Please visit the "Personalised Prints" collection to view all available prints.

Personalised prints will be shipped separately to non-personalised prints. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for the design work. We do not send proofs before printing, so please double check your instructions.

If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order - we're here to help.

  • Can I return my print?

Due to all items being printed to order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order or if your order arrived damaged, please do get in touch and we will work with you to find a solution/alternative.

    Damaged Orders

For orders that have been damaged in transit, please email the following along with your order number:

    - images of the damage to print/frame

    - images of the packaging (damaged or undamaged)

    - image of the address label

  • Can I get my print framed?

Yes, but please note: we only ship framed art to UK, USA, EU and Australia.

When you order a frame from us, you won't be sent a cheap clip frame - instead, you will receive a fine art print in a beautiful, wooden frame which arrives with fixings ready to hang.

Every frame is individually handmade by our team of specialist picture framers.

  • How long will it take for my print to arrive?

We estimate un-framed prints to take 5-7 business days to arrive and framed prints/canvas to take 7-10 business days.

Can you speed up my order?

I'm afraid we can only offer the standard shipping timelines above.

  • Who will ship my order?

We use local postal services and couriers for all deliveries. If you have specific requirements, please get in touch prior to placing your order.

  • Where do you ship from?

Pretty in Print is UK based, but we work with a worldwide network of printers and framers. We have facilities in the UK, EU, USA and Australia, so your order will be produced and shipped from the closest lab.

  • I've made an error on my order

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to it. Your order is produced within 10-30 minutes of you placing it and, due to all items being made to order, all sales are final. Please email hello@prettyinprintart.com, quoting your order number, if you have any urgent concerns and we will do our best to help.

  • Eco credentials

The international shipping industry is responsible for more than 2% of carbon emissions globally and this figure is growing rapidly. We work with an amazing print firm who are connected to a global network of printers and framers, by working this way, we are producing products closer to their end-recipient, hugely reducing their carbon emissions. Given that only 50% of our sales are to UK customers (where we are based), this is a massive help (winks at @gretathunburg 😉)⁣ ⁣

We use water based inks as an alternative to PVC inks - these don’t contain all the toxic chemicals of its plastisol counterparts. Instead it’s comprised of naturally occurring substances. No harmful solvents are required for clean up which reduces toxic waste. Neo-Pigment inks (water-based) are 100% non-hazardous, toxin-free and completely vegan friendly.⁣ ⁣

Sustainably sourced wood for frames and paper - FSC approved. Many of the labs we use also source their pulp from sustainably managed forests⁣. Fine Art papers, like we print on, contain cotton, so we use organic cotton - grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment

...and where we can, we use recycled or recyclable materials for packaging. We admit, it’s not perfect (yet!), but it’s better than being completely ignorant and our fulfilment company are continually working to make further improvements in an attempt to be kinder to the planet.
