BREXIT

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: We produce and ship all European orders from a printer and framer based in the Netherlands - you therefore will not be charged import tax on shipments as they remain EU to EU.

IRELAND: Framed products are currently unavailable to Ireland due to Brexit complications. Please order unframed only. If you order framed, they will be shipped from the UK and you will be responsible for paying the import tax on arrival. As an example, a €90 order sees a bill of €60. We cannot be held responsible for any import charges, if goods are refused or the release bill is not paid, we will not be providing refunds on orders. Any returned orders will be charged for re-posting. 

 

CANADA - unframed art only

Shipping to Canada is now back open for unframed art only. The shipping cost is £20 per order, regardless of order size - this is because we are only using FedEx in order to bypass Canada Post who have caused major delays and losses in recent months. FRAMES NOT AVAILABLE for Canadian customers, please do not order frames as the £20 shipping charge does not cover this. REST OF WORLD

Shipping to many countries has been suspended for the time being due to continuing delays caused by covid staffing issues with local postal services. 

DAMAGES 

An increase in damages has also been seen since the Covid outbreak - if you have been affected by this, please reply to your order email with images of your damaged order and packaging.

Shipping

Frames are only available to customers in the UK, EU, USA and Australia. Please do not order framed items if you do not reside in one of these regions.

Un-framed prints - are available worldwide.

We have printing and framing labs in the UK, EU, USA and Australia. Your order will be produced and shipped from the closest facility.

All orders are shipped without any branding or invoices included. We are not able to add special notes for gift items, nor gift wrap.

Cancellations

Due to orders being automatically processed immediately after placing your order - we cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or any auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address. 

Returns

Due to all items being printed to order, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged in transit, please do get in touch to discuss.

Can I speed up my order?

Unfortunately, we can only offer the standard shipping times above.

Packaging

Un-framed prints | Larger prints are wrapped in protective paper and then shipped in a robust postal tube. Smaller prints are shipped flat-packed as the smaller sizes are harder to unroll if packed in a tube. 

Please be careful when unpacking prints - we cannot be held responsible for any damage created by yourselves whilst unpacking - this includes dents, unrolling creases, dirty marks and nail polish scratches.

Framed prints | Wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual guards added to each corner. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box. We use a Perspex glazing to minimise breakages in transit.
