USPS and UPS have varying delays - in some cases, tracking is not updating until the day of delivery. Some parcels have been delayed by up to 2 weeks. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, but we are here to help, so please reply to your order email if you need an update on your shipment or have a query.
UK / EU / AUSTRALIA / REST OF WORLD
Minor delays of 1-2 days. This is constantly changing due to the current global pandemic. Please order as early as you can to avoid disappointment.
An increase in damages has also been seen - if you have been affected by this, please reply to your order email with images of your damaged order and packaging.
Due to orders being automatically processed immediately after placing your order - we cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or any auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address.
Due to all items being printed to order, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged in transit, please do get in touch to discuss.
Frames are only available to customers in the UK, EU, USA and Australia. Please do not order framed items if you do not reside in one of these regions.
Un-framed prints - are available worldwide.
We have printing and framing labs in the UK, EU, USA and Australia. Your order will be produced and shipped from the closest facility.
All orders are shipped without any branding or invoices included. We are not able to add special notes for gift items, nor gift wrap.

Un-framed prints | wrapped in protective paper and then shipped in a robust postal tube. Please be careful when unpacking prints - we cannot be held responsible for any damage created by yourselves whilst unpacking - this includes dents and dirty marks.
Framed prints | wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual guards added to each corner. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box. We use a Perspex glazing to minimise breakages in transit.
We use local postal services and couriers for all deliveries. If you have specific requirements, please get in touch prior to placing your order.
