BOW NOT INCLUDED: The green velvet bow is simply a suggestion of how to style your art. You can buy the same ribbon we use HERE on Amazon, but please use the fixings provided to hang your frame, not the bow (for safety reasons). HOW TO: simply tie a bow, hang on a tiny nail above the frame and tuck the ends of the bow behind the frame, or affix to the wall with a little masking tape.
Shipping: All items are made to order, so please allow up to 14 working days for the framed print to arrive with you. The majority of time we can post frames out within 2-3 business days, but on occasion, there may be delays due to frame stock levels. Please do get in touch BEFORE ordering if you are in a particular hurry, and we can do what we can to accommodate.

Returns
CUSTOM FRAMED PRODUCTS: We offer a 14 day return policy for "custom framed" products ONLY. Custom frames are any gold, embellished, coloured, hand painted or any wooden frames that are not our standard "natural wood", "black" or "white" options. For clarity, returnable products will have a "14 day Returns" badge on them, and the Returns description on each product page will inform if it is returnable.

What is the overall size?
The overall size, including the frame, will be the size of the print, plus the width of the frame. The width of the frame is noted in the description.
