BOW NOT INCLUDED: The green velvet bow is simply a suggestion of how to style your art. You can buy the same ribbon we use HERE, but please use the fixings provided to hang your frame, not the bow (for safety reasons). HOW TO: simply tie a bow, hang on a tiny nail above the frame and tuck the ends of the bow behind the frame, or affix to the wall with a little masking tape.

Shipping: All items are made to order, so please allow up to 14 working days for the framed print to arrive with you. The majority of time we can post frames out within 2-3 business days, but on occasion, there may be delays due to frame stock levels. Please do get in touch BEFORE ordering if you are in a particular hurry, and we can do what we can to accommodate.

Returns

CUSTOM FRAMED PRODUCTS: We offer a 14 day return policy for "custom framed" products ONLY. Custom frames are any gold, embellished, coloured, hand painted or any wooden frames that are not our standard "natural wood", "black" or "white" options. For clarity, returnable products will have a "14 day Returns" badge on them, and the Returns description on each product page will inform if it is returnable.

To initiate a return, please head to the customer accounts page HERE, enter your email and then the unique login code that is emailed to you.

IMPORTANT Return rules:

• The customer arranges their own returns, covering the shipping cost themselves
• The item must be received in a re-sellable condition. If the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not provide a refund and the customer will need to claim compensation from the shipping provider they used.
  
• It is for this reason that we recommend using a fully tracked shipping service, ensuring you have adequate cover for the full retail value of the item purchased.
• We recommend wrapping your item securely so that it survives the journey back to us - as mentioned above, if it is damaged or lost during transit, we will not refund.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your art on arrival, please hold onto all packaging, and get in touch, by replying to your order email.

What size is the print?

The print will be the size shown on the product size selection; ie 20x25cm, 30x40cm etc

What is the overall size?

The overall size, including the frame, will be the size of the print, plus the width of the frame. The width of the frame is noted in the description.
