Every piece I sell is made to order, so delivery times include the time it takes to make your order. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Can’t add an item to your basket? If a product shows as Sold Out, it means it can’t currently be shipped to your country.

Unframed Prints
Printed in the UK, USA, Canada, EU & Australia – ships worldwide. Your print is made at the print studio nearest to you and shipped from there. Please allow 3–5 days for printing before dispatch.

Rest of world – import charges. Orders to countries not listed above usually ship from the UK, and any import charges are payable by you on delivery. Please check these with your local customs office before ordering. I can't offer refunds if import charges aren't paid, and if a parcel is returned for non-payment, return postage will be charged to you.

Simple Frames
Plain natural wood, white or black – framed in the UK, USA, Canada, EU & Australia. Your print is made and framed at the studio nearest to you and shipped from there. Please allow 3–5 days for printing and framing before dispatch.

Handmade Frames
Gold, painted, ornate & more – handmade in the UK. Each Handmade Frame is handmade to order in a small UK framing studio. Please allow 5–7 business days for framing, then your art is shipped by FedEx Tracked in protective packaging. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on frame size.

Sorry, due to EU cross-border packaging and EPR regulations I can't currently ship Handmade Frames to the EU or Ireland. Unframed prints and Simple Frames are still available there.
Before you order
Cancellations & changes
Unframed prints & Simple Frames are sent into production automatically within 30 minutes of payment. If you spot an error, reply to your order email straight away and I'll try to help. Once production starts, I can't cancel or change the order, including the delivery address.
Handmade Frames – contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to make changes before framing begins.
Please check your address carefully. I can't be responsible for old or incomplete addresses auto-filled by PayPal, Shopify Pay or your device.
Sending as a gift
I never include invoices or pricing paperwork in any order, so the recipient won't see what you paid. I'm unable to add gift notes or gift wrap.
Returns & refunds
Returns work differently for each type of product. Please read my Refund Policy before ordering anything.
