WHAT TO DO
If 14 days have passed since you placed your order, please get in touch by replying to your order confirmation email, or use the form below. If using the form, please use the email address which the order is placed with - this is so we can find your order.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once I receive your email, I open a claim with my manufacturer. I then get back in touch (in 48hrs) with further instructions, or confirmation that we will be shipping a replacement order to you (this can only happen once the courier declares they have lost your order).
Why can't you just ship a replacement right now?
If a courier loses your order, we have to wait until they admit loss, in order for them to compensate us for the loss of your original order. We have had occasions where we have shipped a replacement order out to a customer, only for the courier to locate their original oder and deliver it. When this happens we cannot recover our costs and we make a loss on your order.
How quickly will I receive my replacement order?
If we confirm with you that your order has been declared lost, my manufacturer will begin the process of printing and packing a brand new order for you. I am usually back in touch with tracking for your new order within 4 business days, and it is typically delivered within 7-10 days of your first contact with us.
For orders that have been damaged in transit, please reply to your original order email (please check junk mail) and include the following information:
1. images of the damage to print/frame
2. images of the packaging (damaged or undamaged)
3. image of the address label
Once we have received the above, we will be in touch to arrange a replacement
