Returns
CUSTOM FRAMED PRODUCTS: We offer a 14 day return policy for "custom framed" products ONLY. Custom frames are any gold, embellished, coloured, hand painted or any wooden frames that are not our standard "natural wood", "black" or "white" options. For clarity, returnable products will have a "14 day Returns" badge on them, and the Returns description on each product page will inform if it is returnable.
To initiate a return, please head to the customer accounts page HERE, enter your email and then the unique login code that is emailed to you.
IMPORTANT Return rules:
- The customer arranges their own returns, covering the shipping cost themselves
- The item must be received in a re-sellable condition. If the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not provide a refund and the customer will need to claim compensation from the shipping provider they used.
- It is for this reason that we recommend using a fully tracked shipping service, ensuring you have adequate cover for the full retail value of the item purchased.
- We recommend wrapping your item securely so that it survives the journey back to us - as mentioned above, if it is damaged or lost during transit, we will not refund.
